Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación, adiciona el Capítulo 6 al Título 1 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1074 de 2015, y deroga el Título 8 de la Parte 1 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1081 de 2015, el Decreto 1651 de 2019, y los artículos 16 y 17 del Decreto 1517 de 2021.
