La Junta directiva se reunirá en el local donde funcione el Instituto, en sesiones ordinaria una vez por semana, y en sesiones extraordinarias, tantas veces cuanto sea necesario a juicio de la misma Junta, de su Presidente o del Gerente, a tales sesiones concurrirán, con voz pero sin voto, el Gerente o quien haga sus veces, y los Subgerentes y demás funcionarios que determine la junta. Constituirán quórum la asistencia de la mayoría absoluta de sus miembros. Cuando la Junta Directiva lo estime necesario, el Auditor del Instituto concurrirá a sus sesiones, con voz pero sin voto.
