Ascenso de educadores sin título asimilados a los grados 2, 3 4 y 5. Los educadores de enseñanza primaria sin título de Bachiller Pedagógico, asimilado a los grados 2, 3, 4 y 5 del nuevo Escalafón., podrán ascender un grado cuando acrediten cinco (59 años de servicio adicionales a los utilizados para la asimilación y un curso de capacitación. Para continuar ascendiendo deben acreditar los requisitos exigidos en el artículo 10 del presente Decreto.
