Artículo segundo. Sobre la basé, del dictamen pericial de que habla el artículo anterior, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional hará la correspondiente adquisición y destinará, esta obra a enriquecer el patrimonio cultural del país mediante su utilización en programas de difusión artística.
