º. Evaluación de Solicitudes. El Comité de Peajes Turísticos evaluará las solicitudes y su fundamentación, conforme a los criterios señalados en el artículo cuarto del presente Decreto y, previos los requerimientos de información que fuere preciso solicitar, tomará la determinación pertinente. .
