Aprobación del programa de becas. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional, mediante acto administrativo, definirá las condiciones que se deben cumplir por parte de las instituciones de educación superior para la aprobación de los programas de becas que serán financiados con recursos de donaciones de que trata el artículo 256 del Estatuto Tributario, hasta por el monto establecido por el Consejo Nacional de Beneficios Tributarios para cada vigencia.
