Mediante resolución motivada podrá citarse al imputado para rendir indagatoria en los procesos por delitos de competencia de los jueces regionales, siempre y cuando a juicio del funcionario judicial, no sea necesaria la orden de captura en consideración a la personalidad del agente y a las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar que rodearon el hecho objeto de investigación.
