° El Departamento de Extensión Cultural del Ministerio de Educación expedirá, para los efectos de la exención, los certificados correspondientes que constituirán plena prueba ante la Jefatura de Rentas e Impuestos Nacionales del Ministerio de Hacienda, y ésta podrá exencionar los espectáculos recomendados, en la forma ordenada por el Decreto extraordinario número 554 de 1942, si llenan los requisitos de la Ley 109 de 1943 y del presente Decreto.
