El régimen jurídico aplicado a los actos de la UPRA será el general de los actos administrativos del sector público y se denominarán Resoluciones. Los contratos que celebre la UPRA se regirán por el Estatuto General de Contratación de la Administración Pública, contenido en las Leyes 80 de 1993 y 1150 de 2007, sus decretos reglamentarios o por aquellas normas que las sustituyan.
