El auxilio ordenado por el artículo anterior será distribuido por una Junta Pro-Damnificados, compuesta por el Alcalde y el Personero Municipales de Mompós, el Cura Párroco, el Auditor Fiscal del Departamento de Contraloría ante la Recaudación de Hacienda Nacional y un vecino de dicha ciudad que designará el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
