Programas de capacitación. El artículo 35 de la Ley 336 de 1996 quedará así: "Artículo 35. Las empresas de transporte público deberán desarrollar los programas de capacitación a través del SENA o de las entidades especializadas, a todos los operadores de los equipos destinados al servicio público, con el fin de garantizar la eficiencia y profesionalización de los operarios."
