Durante el proceso de reestructuración de la entidad y hasta la incorporación en la planta de personal, el Consejo Directivo Nacional tendrá en cuenta los conceptos de una comisión asesora representativa de los trabajadores de la Entidad, que se crea por el presente artículo, y que estará conformada así: dos (2) representantes de Sindesena, uno (1) de Sintrasena y dos (2) elegidos por los funcionarios del SENA no sindicalizados. El Consejo Directivo Nacional reglamentará esta elección.
