º. Autorizar al Gobernador del Departamento de Nariño para que, con fundamento en el artículo 128 del Decreto 2241 de 1986, difiera las elecciones de alcalde del municipio de El Tambo, hasta cuando se restablezca la situación de orden público y fije nueva fecha, con la antelación que dicha disposición indica, debiendo coordinar previamente con la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil.
