º Los telegramas ó circulares dirigidos por los Prefectos, Alcaldes ú otras autoridades EN AVERIGUACIÓN DE ANIMALES Ú OBJETOS QUE SE CONJETURE HAYAN SIDO PERDIDOS Ó EXTRAVIADOS Ó ROBADOS, SERAN PORTEADOS EN TODO CASO POR LOS INTERESADOS Ó DUEÑOS DE TALES ANIMALES Ú OBJETOS PERDIDOS. DE LO CONTRARIO LAS AUTORIDADES SE SUJETARÁN EN UN TODO A LO PRESCRITO EN EL CITADO ARTICULO 208 DE LA LEY 147 DE 1888, SEGÚN LO PRECEPTUADO EN EL ARTICULO 7. º DE ESTE DECRETO.
