ARTICULO 170. Fianza. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional que por razón de las funciones que les sean encomendadas deban constituir fianza, tendrán derecho a que el Tesoro Público les reconozca el valor de la prima que por la garantía correspondiente cobre la entidad aseguradora, salvo en el caso de la póliza a que se refiere el artículo 23 de este Decreto.
