En toda fabrica, empresa comercial, establecimiento docente, y, en general, en donde por razón del trabajo u ocupaciones ordinarias haya concurrencia de más de quince personas, habrá para el servicio interno un reglamento especial de higiene, que deberá ser sometido a la aprobación de la

Dirección del ramo que funcione en la capital del respectivo Departamento, Intendencia o Comisaria.

Este reglamento será fijado en varios lugares visibles del establecimiento en donde deba regir.
