- DIVULGACION. Sin perjuicio de la reserva bancaria, se establecerán mecanismos que otorguen amplia y completa divulgación de la condición financiera de la entidad cuyas acciones se encuentren en proceso de enajenación conforme al artículo 304 del presente Estatuto, información a la cual puedan acceder los interesados en igualdad de condiciones.
