Artículo sexto. Contra las resoluciones que dicten los Inspectores de Policía, conforme al numeral 2° del artículo 2° proceden los recursos de reposición y de apelación, el segundo de los cuales podrá proponerse directamente o como subsidiario del de reposición en el acto mismo de la notificación, y se surtirá ante el Inspector General de las Fuerzas de Policía, en el efecto devolutivo.
