Declárense legalizados todos los pagos por anticipación imputables al periodo económico de 1905, hechos de acuerdo con el respectivo Presupuesto y con lo ordenado en el Decreto legislativo número 46bis de 1906. En consecuencia todas las oficinas pagadoras harán en sus libros los asientos correspondientes como si ya hubieran recibido las órdenes de legalización y pasarán á los respectivos Ministerios de Estado las relaciones del caso, especificadas por artículos del Presupuesto y con anotación de las fechas en que se verificaron los pagos.
