A. ni podrá ocupar otro cargo dentro de la misma, en el Ministerio Público o en la Rama Jurisdiccional del Poder Público. Tampoco podrá el Revisor Fiscal celebrar ni directa ni indirectamente contratos con la Financiera Energética Nacional S. A.
