El representante de la parte incidental tiene el deber de ejercer sus facultades legales a su leal saber y entender, además tiene el deber de lealtad y objetividad para con la administración de justicia, de cumplir los preceptos sobre ética de la abogacía y de asistir a todas las s diligencias en que su presencia sea requerida por la le y o por el funcionario.
