º . Fijación de la tarifa . Para efectos del cálculo y determinación de la tasa, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud dará aplicación a los factores, variables, coeficientes y a los criterios en materia de liquidación, cobro y fijación de las tarifas a aplicar, establecidos en el Decreto 1405 de 1999. Asimismo, dará aplicación a las condiciones establecidas a este respecto en el Decreto 1580 de 2002.
