Cumplimiento parcial de compromisos. El monto de la liquidación efectuada por concepto de los gravámenes arancelarios de que tratan los artículos 173º, 174º, 176º, 177º y 178º del presente Decreto, se reducirá en una cantidad equivalente al porcentaje de cumplimiento de los compromisos de exportación certificado por el INCOMEX o la entidad que haga sus veces, cuando haya lugar a ello.
