Artículo segundo. Para el pago del auxilio de cesantía del nuevo personal incorporado a la Caja Nacional de Previsión, el tiempo servido por dicho personal, mientras estuvo afiliado a la Caja de Protección Social de la Policía Nacional, se computará para ser tenido en cuenta por la Caja Nacional de Previsión, en el momento en que se cause el retiro de cada uno de los respectivos empleados, oportunidad en la cual deberá liquidarse y pagarse esta prestación.
