Las disposiciones de los artículos 5.°, 6.°, 7.°, 16 y 17 de la ley 60 de 1881 , regirán en los casos y causas de contrabando y en todos los remates de mercaderías, sean cuales fueren la Aduana ó el lugar en que tales disposiciones deban tener efecto.
