º. El Ministerio de la Economía Nacional concederá semestralmente las correspondientes licencias de importación de trigo. La cantidad de trigo importable será restringida por el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional en la misma proporción en que aumente la producción nacional de trigo. Será igualmente reducido el cupo de importación cuando el precio de la carga de trigo nacional de 140 kilos sea igual o superior a $ 20 en las plazas a que se refiere el artículo 1º del presente Decreto.
