Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en los artículos anteriores, al término máximo de cuatro (4) años de permanencia del funcionario en el exterior o de dos (2) años en la planta interna, la autoridad nominadora, de conformidad con los requerimientos del servicio, producirá los correspondientes actos administrativos de nombramiento, traslado o retiro del servicio, según sea el caso.
