Para obtener el registro de que trata el artículo 120, deberá formularse solicitud a la Oficina de Cambios con indicación de los siguientes datos

a)

Nombre del inversionista;

b)

Valor de la inversión inicial, conforme al sistema de cálculo que señale el Consejo Nacional de Política Económica;

c)

Valor de las inversiones extranjeras adicionales a la inicial, determinado en la misma forma;

d)

Valor de las reinversiones de utilidades;

e)

Monto en moneda extranjera de las utilidades remitidas al exterior;

f)

Parte del capital reembolsado al Exterior, y

g)

Los demás que señale la Oficina de Cambios.
