Todas las instituciones para ancianos deben modificar sus estatutos para armonizarlos con las finalidades de la Ley 29 de 1975 y de este Decreto. El Ministerio de Salud hará un modelo de estatutos sobre la materia para que en lo pertinente oriente los de la instituciones a que se refiere este Decreto.
