Quedan sujetos a las disposiciones de la presente Sección el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, los Ministerios de Hacienda y Crédito Público, y de Minas y Energía, así como sus entidades adscritas y vinculadas que cumplan funciones en el ciclo de las regalías, el Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, la Contraloría General de la República, la Procuraduría General de la Nación, del funcionamiento del Sistema de Seguimiento, Evaluación y Control y del Sistema General de Regalías.
