º. Concertación. Para los efectos del presente Decreto, la concertación se hará en concordancia con lo dispuesto por la Constitución Política de Colombia, los instrumentos internacionales que obligan a Colombia, así con no las Leyes 160 de 1994, 191 y 199 de 1995 y demás normas que garantizan los derechos de los pueblos.
