Conformación de la lista y periodicidad de la inscripción . La lista de firmas especializadas elaborada por la Superintendencia de Sociedades es pública y estará contenida en una base de datos que podrá ser consultada y utilizada a través de la página de internet de la Superintendencia de Sociedades.

Parágrafo

La Superintendencia de Sociedades fijará los términos de la convocatoria y los requisitos para la conformación de la lista que debe cumplir la firma especializada. (Decreto 1730 de 2009, artículo 13)
