La Unidad Administrativa Especial Migración Colombia, en el marco de la soberanía y la seguridad nacional, conforme a la Constitución y la Ley, y en ejercicio de sus competencias podrá negar el ingreso al país a un ciudadano extranjero de acuerdo con las causales que determinen las normas vigentes, ordenando su inmediato retorno al país de embarque, de origen o a un tercer país que lo admita. Contra esta decisión no proceden recursos.
