° Servicios personales. Para el cumplimiento de los objetivos que le son propios, el Fondo podrá ocupar transitoriamente personal supernumerario sin sujetarse a las normas ordinarias sobre nombramientos. Igualmente podrá contratar la ejecución de labores especializadas en la forma prevista en el artículo 15 del Decreto extraordinario 3167 de 1968.
