ARTICULO 2.1.2.3.12 . TASA EFECTIVA. Para los efectos legales del sistema de valor constante entiéndese por tasa efectiva de interés aquella que, aplicada con periodicidad diferente de un año, de acuerdo con las fórmulas de interés compuesto, produce exactamente el mismo resultado que la tasa anual.
