Art. 5. ° En ningun caso serán acumulables en un solo individuo dos ni mas pensiones, ni dos o mas sueldos ni un sueldo i una pensión, cuando el monto total de estos créditos exceda de mil doscientos pesos ($1,200) anuales: llegado este caso se estará siempre al mayor derecho.
