Artículo tercero. El Banco de la República rendirá informes mensuales de las sumas que distribuya por concepto del impuesto sobre la producción de oro a las contralorías Municipales de los respectivos Municipios productores, si las hubiere, a los Ministerios de Hacienda y crédito Público y Minas y Petróleos, a la Contraloría General de la Republica. Comuníquese y publíquese.
