El que para obtener los documentos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se atribuya nombre, apellido o calidad falsos, o con su testimonio concurre a que se obtenga o entreguen dichos documentos en desacuerdo con la realidad, queda sometido al arresto de un mes a un año y a la multa de diez a quinientos pesos.
