Los Oficiales retirados del servicio con una inhabilidad física relativa, podrán ser llamados al servicio en las condiciones determinadas en el artículo 70. Cuando hubieren recibido en el momento del retiro compensación o indemnización, no tendrán derecho a posteriores reclamaciones por concepto de la inhabilidad reconocido y pagado.
