º Cuando el sufragante, por carecer. De la .mano derecha o por cualquier otro motivo no pudiere empapar en la tinta indeleble el dedo índice de la mano derecha hasta la primera coyuntura, el Jurado de Votación, a su juicio, resolverá la manera como dicho sufragante debe dar cumplimiento al artículo 6º ya citado.
