En los juicios posesorios no se tomará en cuenta el dominio que por una o por otra parte se alegue.

Podrán con todo, exhibirse títulos de dominio para comprobar la posesión, pero sólo aquellos cuya existencia pueda probarse sumariamente; ni valdrá objetar contra ellos otros vicios o defectos que los que puedan probarse de la misma manera.
