Habrá lugar a designación en interinidad: 1o. cuando el Concurso sea declarado desierto y mientras se hace la designación en propiedad. 2o. cuando la causa que motive el encargo se prolongue más de un mes y mientras ella subsista o se hace la designación en propiedad. 3o. cuando el titular pase a ocupar otro cargo en interinidad y durante la vigencia de ésta.
