Concurrencia de suspensiones. Si se presenta concurrencia de suspensión disciplinaria y suspensión penal, ésta prevalecerá sobre aquélla. En este evento la autoridad administrativa correspondiente procederá a modificar la resolución por medio de la cual se dispuso la suspensión disciplinaria. CAPITULO II. Retiro.
