° El Inspector de la Circulación en Bogotá ejercerá una constante vigilancia en la Casa de Moneda de dicha ciudad, especialmente en lo que respecta a las operaciones de acuñación y emisión de certificados de que trata este Decreto, y pasará informes semanales al Ministro del Tesoro, sobre los puntos a que se refiere el artículo anterior.
