A los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa o de la Policía Nacional, que se encuentren en comisión en el exterior y se retiren o fallezcan, se les liquidarán y pagarán sus prestaciones como si estuviesen prestando sus servicios en la Guarnición de Bogotá.
