Cada una de las Circunscripciones o Distritos Electorales enumerados en el artículo anterior elegirá seis Representantes, con excepción de los de Santa Marta e Ibagué, que darán cuatro cada uno, y los de Barranquilla y Neiva, cada uno de los cuales dará tres.
