Responsabilidades . Los órganos del Sistema, las entidades a las que se transfieran recursos de funcionamiento del Sistema y las designadas como ejecutoras de proyectos, serán responsables por la incorporación en un capítulo independiente de los recursos del Sistema General de Regalías en sus presupuestos y la ejecución de los mismos en los términos del artículo 93 de la Ley 1530 de 2012, y serán responsables por los mismos frente al contratista y a terceros, con las asignaciones a su cargo.
