Para ser Auditor o Revisor Fiscal o Visitador o Inspector de la Contraloría General de la República, se requiere tener título universitario o ser contador público en los términos de ley o haber obtenido certificado de idoneidad de la Escuela de Capacitación de la Contraloría General de la República. Quienes no reúnan las calidades anteriormente anotadas al entrar en vigencia la presente Ley y vinieren desempeñando los aludidos cargos con anterioridad al 31 de marzo de 1975 o hayan desempeñado en propiedad cargos de Contralor o Subcontralor en entidad territorial, podrán continuar en ellos.
