ARTICULO 1 º. Aprobar los Acuerdos números 001 y 004 de julio 19 y diciembre 13 de 1994 expedidos por la Junta Directiva del Fondo de Bienestar Social de la Contraloría General de la República, adoptados por el Contralor General de la República mediante Resoluciones números 003487 del 9 de agosto y 10431 del 19 de diciembre de 1994, que se transcriben: ACUERDO NUMERO 001 DE 1994 julio 19 de 1994 por el cual se adoptan los Estatutos del Fondo de Bienestar Social de la Contraloría General de la República. La Junta Directiva del Fondo de Bienestar Social de la Contraloría General de la República, en ejercicio de sus facultades legales y en especial de las que le confiere el numeral 2 º del artículo 96 de la Ley 106 del 30 de diciembre de 1993, ACUERDA:
