º CONCIERTO PARA DELINQUIR. El que forme parte de un grupo de sicarios o de una organización terrorista incurrirá por este solo hecho en prisión de diez (10) quince (15) años. La pena se aumentará en una tercera parte para quienes promuevan, encabecen o dirijan a los integrantes de estos grupos u organizaciones.
